REGISTRATION

The registration fee is $1,500 per attendee.

The registration fee covers all charges related to the Summit.

Each participant is responsible for his/her Flight ticket, Hotels, Insurance, Local transportation…etc…

To register and save the seat to the conference, the participant must:

ACCOMMODATIONS

We will be happy to assist each participant in hotels reservation for free from 3 stars to 5 stars hotels.

 

U.S. VISA

Each participant is responsible for his/her U.S. VISA Application in the country where he/she resides.

The conference organizer will send all supporting documents for the VISA application.

 

REFUND POLICY

In case the U.S. VISA is denied, $1,250 will be refunded to the attendee in 90 business days from the date of reception of the refund letter in written along with the visa Rejection Letter from U.S. Consulate.
